As we all know, Covid-19 has been the headline news for almost two years soon, and yet the statistics is still not slowing down but is bouncing back due to new and more contagious Delta variants. We are not even sure if there will be newer and worse variants, but let us all pray that day do not come. In any case, Covid-19 remains a huge, global problem. And as with any problem, there are always business opportunities if one can find a solution that really works. If anything really works 100% against Covid-19 today, the inventor of the solution will be an instant billionaire.

Earlier, we have been told that smokers could be more susceptible to Covid-19. It is well known that smoking affects our immunity and is bad for our health. It contains alot of toxic chemicals that leads to critical diseases and cancer for the heart, lungs, in particular, chances of getting respiratory infections including pneumonia. WHO published an article on June 2020 that concludes:

At the time of this review, the available evidence suggests that smoking is associated with increased severity of disease and death in hospitalized COVID-19 patients. Although likely related to severity, there is no evidence to quantify the risk to smokers of hospitalization with COVID-19 or of infection by SARS-CoV-2 was found in the peer-reviewed literature. Population-based studies are needed to address these questions.

Then suddenly, a recent study found that smokers are under-represented in Covic-19 patients since Mar 2020. The point now is not whether nicotine or smoking really helps to block Covid-19 from causing harm to the lungs. It does not help to say Poison A is a preventive medicine against Virus A. Both the poison (smoking) and virus are lethal.

Instead of just looking at vaccines to stop the Covid-19 virus, will it be possible to find dry herbs or chemical mixtures that can burn and release healthy fumes which may also help to stop virus transmission? It may be in the form of candle, joss stick or oil which releases the healing fume when burning, the fumes will go into mouth, throat, nose, trachea, bronchial tubes and finally the lungs. The fume should condense and form a layer protective herbal coating that blocks or destroy Covid-19 virus.

Based on WHO’s paper:

The COVID-19 virus is an enveloped virus, with a fragile outer membrane. Generally, enveloped viruses are less stable in the environment and are more susceptible to oxidants, such as chlorine.

Obviously, we cannot breathe in chlorine. The solution must not create another health hazard.
